AirVPN vs NordVPN

`We, NordVPN, confirm that we take full control of our infrastructure. We have never willingly disclosed any user data or provided any access to user traffic to any third party. We do not collect user traffic logs and have never been compelled to do so by any third party. We have not disclosed any private keys or any information of our users, and we have not been forced to modify our system to allow access or data leakage to a third party of any kind

Again I ran the Advanced --> Diagnostic Tool --> Network Flush and restarted PC, did not work. Ran Advanced --> Diagnostic Tool --> Reset App and Network Flush both and restart Pc, did not work. Disabled Kaspersky Antivirus and tried Nord VPN on and quick connect or P2P, still did not work.

At one point, and I don't know why, I had amazing speeds with AirVPN for 10 min, only on Deluge and nothing else. I thought I had found the answer but nope, a half hour later I couldn't get anything to download anymore. I have not been able to repeat that success again. And to be very clear, despite wanting this for movies and TV shows, my test torrents are linux distributions and public domain stuff
