I am using the local pia vpn server, not one in another country. Yet netflix restricts my access since it detects my IP as a VPN one (PIA). Yeah, it's Netflix fault that this is happening, but IT IS PIA's FAULT THAT WE ARE LIED TO ABOUT IT.

On top of all that, CyberGhost uses to the standard AES 256 connection (Military), a Standard Kill switch and other protocols like Wireguard, Ikev2 if you need those for some reason. And for extra peace of mind: a strict no log policy, and a location outside of the 5 eyes surveillance alliance (Romania)

I paid a whole year of PIA and got hacked to shit to where they had a backdoor in my VPN itself. Not sure how it works but then I just switched for privacy.

[cyberghost](https://geek411.com/deal/cyberghost/) for privacy and torrenting since it has no logs. I've never had my IP leaked when using them. Before i had hot spot shield and i got warnings from my ISP for torrenting movies, but with cyberghost never had that issue

Only PIA seems to be faster in my limited exp with VPNs. I think it is Mullvad which is highly recommended on privacy forums but not sure personally. Until proton I always was talked Private Internet Access was top tier. It also seemed to work with Netflix and such yet no other VPN will

4. To see if I could improve on the torrneting speeds without paying ExpressVPN prices, I tried CyberGhost, which is erroneously dubbed the torrenting VPN. They are the worst of the four, IMO. More expensive than Surfshark with Surfshark's slow speeds, and very slow server switching for some reason
