Strong VPN vs AirVPN

I use StrongVPN and haven't had any problems yet. I Skype and watch Netflix all the time with no issues at all.Here's a speed test (while off my VPN and at a restaurant rather than my house): http://www.speedtest

At one point, and I don't know why, I had amazing speeds with AirVPN for 10 min, only on Deluge and nothing else. I thought I had found the answer but nope, a half hour later I couldn't get anything to download anymore. I have not been able to repeat that success again. And to be very clear, despite wanting this for movies and TV shows, my test torrents are linux distributions and public domain stuff
